Dem Defense Dummies

If one were to look at the list of what Bill Clinton cut from our military one would be shocked. I’ve seen the list in the form of a “name the country that this military belongs to”. The list goes on and on naming weapons systems and personnel and ends with one of the most hard-hitting comments. It said quite plainly that the country doesn’t exist anymore. It turns out the list was what Bill Clinton and company got rid of. So I find it a little amusing that Hillary says we need to increase our troop strength. It is fun to watch them reinvent themselves though. The sad part is that liberal activists will do everything they can to make it easy for stupid people to vote too. That is the purpose of the motor voter bills and it was the purpose of the INS swearing stadiums full of new US citizens just prior to the 2000 election.

Democrats have been known to do all kinds of silly things when they think nobody is looking. Ted Kennedy tried to put a bill into Congress that would give our military budget to the IMF. Fortunately, like Kerry’s aspirations, it went nowhere. Hillary will do anything she can to hide her socialist nature in the coming years. Her attempt to create socialized medicine also went nowhere. She could talk up a storm and criticize, but her solutions weren’t acceptable to the public. Her bus tour went nowhere. Yup… As she discovered, when the rubber meets to road, sometimes so does your face.

But I was talking about defense and Dhimmicrats. Jimmy Carter gave away the Panama Canal and Bill Clinton carefully avoided the ceremony that preceded the Chinese take over by about five minutes. The media never mentioned the Panamanian government begging us to stay and Billy avoiding the topic. They also don’t talk about who now has control over both ends of the Canal either. Carter is now the second worst President we’ve ever had. While all of this was going on, the Chinese built the largest cargo container handling facility in the world in the Bahamas. This facility can handle the largest military and civilian cargo aircraft in the world.

Also while Clinton was in office the Chinese managed to gain the technology that allows them to actually hit this side of the planet. China made rumblings about nuking us over Taiwan and Billy had the admiral move the ships away so they wouldn’t feel upset. As I pointed out last week his hot air about going after al Qaeda and his half-measure responses led to bigger and better attacks. Their plans to nuke us were started in the late 1990’s. Bill Clinton also made sure that we only allowed people who were politically correct to be CIA informants. Informants on terrorists are usually former terrorists and therefore do not measure up to the foolish standards Clinton himself couldn’t have passed.

Some people say the Democrats are soft on defense. I don’t agree with that one bit. I will now clearly and openly state that I do not under any circumstances think that the Democrats are soft in Defense. I think they are stupid. It has to be stupidity because if it isn’t stupidity it is treason. And that’s such an ugly thought.

Bush has done something quite nice regarding China and their threats though. We are now about to become very friendly with India. India is going to be quite different than China in that the goods won’t be made in what amounts to gulags. The people will actually benefit from it not the war machine. Some wonder why Bush hasn’t gotten Osama yet and here’s your answer. He is in that region of Pakistan where you better be bowing to Allah or else. It is where many of the training camps and a lot of terrorists are still located. We can’t go there however because Musharef would be dead in short order. It is interesting to note however that Osama is safe because Pervez Musharef is alive, and vice versa. It will be interesting to see what happens when one of them is gone though.
