Neo-Con, Zionists

W. J. Rayment / -- Dear Reader, I recently received an email accusing myself and the editorial staff here at the Conservative Monitor of being Neo-cons, Zionists and headed for Hell. The author made clear in his email that it was not for republication, so I am forced to rely on the paraphrase above.

However, I can reprint our response in full:

I suppose I am a Neo-Con. As for Zionist, I suppose I am as close as a Presbyterian Stoic can get. As for Hell, I think that is between myself and God.

As a Neo-Con, Zionist, Presbyterian Stoic I believe that every person in the world deserves to live in freedom. This makes it our duty to try to preserve freedom for the world in the face of the terrorists and that means intervention in Iraq and support for Israel, (the only nation that approaches a free state in that region). Besides, it is in our best interest to have a free, safe and democratic world.
