The God of Unalienable Rights vs. Schumer’s “Anti-god”

Fred Martinez / -- Michael Shurance’s new book Unalienable Rights Why the Federal Government is Required to Stop Abortion is a useful text. Unfortunately, its fundamental premise is false when it says abortion “is not a religious issue, but a civil issue.”

Shurance said: “Although I have my own personal religious beliefs on this issue...whether one religion sees this as acceptable and another sees it as a sin is beside the point.”

Contrary to his opinion, this is the fundamental point.

His book states that the highest “function” of our government according to the Declaration of Independence is to protect the “unalienable rights of its people.” The author, later in the book, contradicts his earlier statement when he said:

“Moreover these rights are not granted by government. They are given to each person by their Creator...for if a government or faction can grant you your rights, they can certainly revoke your rights.”

If our unalienable rights are given to us by the Creator or God and not by our civic government then abortion is a religious issue.

If there is no God or if that God is not a God of morality as well as of all the people including the most defenseless such as the unborn babies, but instead is the “anti-god” of the Marxist or Nietzschean left then the Declaration of Independence is meaningless.

In this stage in history, African-American and former United States Ambassador Alan Keyes as well as Dr. James Dobson of Focus on the Family, the most listened to religious radio show in America, made a stand with a courageous Alabama judge for this God of the Ten Commandments.

The left and, unfortunately it appears, the majority of the Supreme Court have also made a stand for the left's “anti-god,” which will lead America in stages to become a new Sodom and Gomorrah. As Justice Scalia said against Lawrence v. Texas, the so-called Texas sodomy case: “[It] effectively decrees the end of all moral legislation.”

The sides in this threatening tragedy have never been clearer.

On one side are those who stand with the Judeo-Christian God and His Ten Commandments.

On the other side are not the other world religions or even the straightforward atheists or sinners, but deceptive moral terrorists who are at enmity with God and His moral law. These fakes whose advertising jingle is “tolerance“, will not tolerate the Ten Commandments in any public square.

My new book Real Axis of Evil: Clinton Sex Abuse Abortion shows how tolerance of unborn baby killing was the first stage and political foundation of left’s agenda.

Real Axis, also, shows that the fight against God and His Ten Commandments, be it promoting abortion or homosexuality, is part of the liberal’s two headed agenda of pansexualism and a Nietzschean power grab under the pretense of “civil rights,” “psychology” and “science.”

This agenda will ultimately destroy our republic if we don’t realize who the real opponents are and their tactics.

As Professor Allan Bloom, author of The Closing of the American Mind said Nietzschean relativism "is the modern replacement for the inalienable natural rights that used to be the traditional ground for a free society."

The move away from objective truth leads to universal rights being replaced by Nietzschean totalitarianism. Bloom, for example, showed how the old civil rights movement "relied on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution." But the new Black Power movement (and he could have said all leftist movements) considered the Constitution "corrupt" and demanded a "black identity, not universal rights. Not rights but power counted."

That “black identity” is not the Christian Black identity of Alan Keyes or Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, but of anybody of whatever color who is part of the liberal agenda. Black identity is not even about the objective reality of being Black.

Remember how liberals were saying Bill Clinton was the first black president after a 1998 New Yorker article by Black feminist Toni Morrison who described Clinton as "our first black president. Blacker than any actual person who could ever be elected in our children's lifetime." She farther said:

“Clinton displays almost every trope of blackness: single-parent household, born poor, working-class, saxophone-playing, McDonald's-and-junk-food-loving boy from Arkansas.”

The feminist Morrison failed to explain the real reasons for Clinton’s “blackness.”

The essential ingredient to being “black” in the New Yorker is for one to accept pansexualism including abortion and the radical homosexual agenda. No Christian pro-life Black would ever be called “black” in that magazine even if they were from a “single-parent household, born poor, working-class, saxophone-playing, [and were a] McDonald's-and-junk-food-loving boy [or girl] from Arkansas.”

This doesn’t just apply to “blackness.” The essential ingredient to being qualified or Latino for Democrats is support of unborn baby killing, as clearly qualified Federal Court Judge and Latino Miguel Estrada learned.

Bigot, Chuck Schumer has let it be known that he will not allow Catholics to become judges unless they are traitors to their faith like his “Catholic” friend Ted Kennedy who never saw an unborn baby that shouldn’t be killed even up to the ninth month.

This “is a shameful” as Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist said of the Latino and Catholic bigotry of Schumer and his liberal collaborators.

The point is that liberals are not people to be reasoned back into objective truth or civil rights. They have become like Marxist or Nazis who care only about their abortion ideology. The Nazis’ anti-god was race. Schumer’s anti-god is killing unborn babies.

As Bloom said “Not rights but power counted."

They speak the jargon of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and even civil rights only as a means to Nietzsche's will to power. They understand power and hold most of the power positions in the infrastructure of America.

While many of the citizens, who truly believe in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and civil rights- who are not infected with relativism and will to power- not realizing that their opponents use words as ploys to attain power, still use logic in an attempt to reason them back into objective truth.

It appears Michael Shurance is one of these sincere, but naive persons.

Although these sincere persons are correct that we must treat all individual liberals with charity and respect, however the left as a movement must be fought with hard politics as if the lives and innocence of our children were at stake.

They must be made to pay dearly for every inch of political gain because our children’s lives and innocence are in fact at stake.

And this is where Shurance’s text becomes useful. His book is well researched on how to work politically to get protection for the unborn babies. His book is also a great primer for parents to learn and teach their children how our form of government works in practice and theory.

Unalienable Rights shows you how to:
* Discuss abortion with your family and friends
* Contact your elected officials
* Call your representative
* Visit your representative
* Run for office yourself
* Teach your children about the value of human life, the role of government, the definition of life as well as personhood and the inalienable rights arguments.

The book includes appendixes on the founding documents of our country and solid information on why medically as well as politically the unborn baby is a person entailed to the inalienable right to life.

But we must never forget that this is meaningless and useless unless there is a God of Unalienable Rights.
